Subject: Survey to support Seattle Animal Shelter Executive Director Recruitment
Hello,
We have begun the national search for the next Executive Director for the Seattle Animal Shelter. The opportunity is currently posted on the City’s Career page and Seattle Human Resources will be facilitating the search.
As a stakeholder you have an invaluable and unique perspective of the work of the Seattle Animal Shelter and have insights into what qualities and skills are needed to successfully lead the organization. Accordingly, we are interested in getting your perspective on what we should be looking for in applicants. We are requesting that you complete a short survey by March 14th. The survey results will be used to assist in identifying the most critical capabilities of the Executive Director and will inform selection criteria and interview focus. SHR will administer the survey and your participation is anonymous. You can access the survey from this link. We hope many of you choose to provide your input.
The City’s Executive Recruitment Team will be administering the surveying and analyzing the results. If you have questions regarding the survey or the recruitment process, please reach out to Pam Inch (Pam.Inch@seattle.gov) in Seattle Human Resources.
